• SBLC-Backed Project Financing  

We offer three-phase SBLC packages where monetized proceeds from earlier rounds fund the subsequent SBLCs. Total project funding can reach USD 1 billion.

•  ProGrowth Financing 

Unique offering where:

1.  No interest is charged in loss-making years 
2. Delayed principal repayment for more than 6 years 100% LTV 
3. 30% of net profit sharing instead of fixed interest 
4. Ideal for development projects with uncertain initial cash flows

•  Listed Equity-Based Loans

1. Non-recourse loans up to 65% of listed share value
2. Fixed annual interest: 6% - 7%
3. Retain shareholder rights and dividends
4. 3 to 10-year terms
